OK, so you need a clear day but it is still quite a sight when the Giant Buddha on Lantau Island, Hong Kong comes into view from the NP 360 Cable Car.
This gorgeous matte bronze/gold Maserati is fast becoming one of my favourite car images... simply magnificent and it is now prowling the streets of Hong Kong.
Yes, about as far removed from the awesome Maserati you can get,,,, but, I have to say that this old fashioned Land Rover used by the bomb squad has it's own charms.
I do not personally know the driver of this beautiful McLaren supercar plate number XX 155 but no matter how fast he is going he always toots his horn, flashes his lights and gives me a wave. He is Steve McQueen cool and I think it is brilliant that he can afford this hyper expensive car and get such immense joy from driving it...
The owner of McLaren XX 155 has a lovely attitude which is is in stark contrast to the muppet's who work at the McLaren showroom in Wanchai, who always refuse me entry to take a photo of the new McLaren supercar pictured above. I understand it is a very expensive car but I do not dress like a street sleeper and I have a fancy camera, what possible harm could it do to let me, a huge fan of the McLaren take a couple of photographs up close and personal.
I have now been refused entry 5 times including today... I will get the shot as soon as a couple are sold and are then prowling the streets of Hong Kong... even the Manager at the Pagani showroom in Kowloon Bay let me in eventually to take some pictures of the Zonda. Muppet's.
