The Hong Kong Eye is finally complete, meet the Kortens from South Africa and the totally disgusting garbage problem in the iconic Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong.
Stephen Hung is a bon vivant and man about town and quite well known in Hong Kong mainly as he makes Liberace look dull, you have to admire a bloke who in his mid 50's has 3 coloured tints in his hair and has questionable taste in clothes... but he has a gorgeous wife and impeccable taste in cars.. he has just ordered for one of his Hotels 30 Rolls Royce Phantoms. Brilliant.
Clearly Stephen does not care what people think of his rather eccentric and questionable taste with regards to this Rolls Royce Phantom - this is what he bought his wife! amazing.

This is quite frankly shocking and our Government should be ashamed that it cannot keep our iconic harbour clean.. I have only ever seen 2 tiny vessels collecting rubbish in the harbour.. given it's iconic status they should have 30 vessels collecting rubbish.
