It has been a while since I posted some musings - essentially computer issues.. I had quite an old computer which was running Windows XP and as Microsoft withdrew support for this ancient but reliable operating system I finally bit the bullet and got a new computer running Windows 8.1.
A world of difference, I have a wonderful super fast computer with a 2tb hard drive, it is water cooled and has all sorts of futuristic stuff going on and other than having to buy new software it has been a seamless move and I am delighted... even my old email programme Eudora still works (I have been using Eudora for 20+ years) Yahoo!
oh..... I am so sick of this rainy weather we are having.
